    Our services include: preparing and reviewing cash flow forecasts; financial and business strategic planning; development of board reporting metrics and communications; identification of business KPIs and their measurement and communication; financial reviews to consider the trends within the figures; efficiency reviews of systems and processes across the business; health check of financial records and identification of ways to improve; year-end accounts and analysis of trends; preparation of company and personal tax and VAT returns; payroll.

  • How much do you charge?

    Our fees vary according to the nature and complexity of the support required. Ahead of starting work, we prepare a fixed price agreement that sets out the support to be undertaken and the fees associated.

    Iceberg Accounting works with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our clients engage our services as they are looking for an accountant to work with, not just preparing their financials but acting as their critical friend to ensure they achieve the business and lifestyle they deserve.

  • Where do you work?

    Iceberg Accounting is based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire but provides accountancy services to businesses predominately across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We love meeting our clients face-to-face in their own environment, but in this strange new world we find ourselves in, we’re on video calls all the time catching up with clients.
